The Patented Lever-Seal
Apply the Lever-Seal whenever you need enhanced springback and excessive flange movement or flange distortion handling. It accommodates the lowest stress level and highest deflection capability for a specified envelope size.

And because it can handle three times the flange movement of a standard E-seal with the same sealing capability, you can replace existing E-Seals at a competitive price without modifying the cavity. Jetseal’s Lever-Seal handles pressures as high as 5,000 psi, temperatures from cryogenic to 1350 F, and higher temperatures for shorter periods.

Lever-Seals:
• are available as qualified AS1895 high-conformance
   components for use in high temperature, high pressure engine
   compressor bleed air ducting joints.
• offer superior resistance to corrosion, metal fatigue, and
   stress relaxation.
• can be produced in noncircular shapes.
• work well for lightweight flanges and joints with low-bolting
   loads.
