The Omega-Seal
Because the Omega-Seal offers one of the lowest leakage rates of all seals available, it’s used in applications where the joint will remain undisturbed for a long time.

Our most effective metallic product, the Omega-Seal’s engineering provides carefully controlled wall thickness to maximize spring-back and sealing contact force. Following precision machining or roll-forming, we coat the Omega-Seal with a smooth, tightly adhering, defect-free soft plating. And we can custom-design a low-seating, low bolt load profile Omega-Seal to seal against soft metals like aluminum, as well.

The Omega-Seal outperforms many more complex seals without resorting to spring-energized or machined features. And because it offers the lowest media entrapment available, it’s very easy to clean.
