The Patented Sensor Pass-Through
For monitoring and testing with as many as 250 sensor wires or tubes —
of multiple diameters – here’s your answer. Our patented Sensor Pass-Through will handle every high temperature and high pressure monitoring
assignment you can throw its way. And it will do it with ultra-low leakage
that won’t crush your expensive and delicate test instrumentation.
Installation goes like this: fasten the unit to a pressure vessel with a standard
NPT threaded connection, pull the wires or tubes through the unit without
removing the test instrumentation end fittings,
install the seals and top cover, torque the
eight grade-8 bolts supplied with the unit
to seat the seals around the test
instrumentation. That’s it. Fifteen minutes
and you’re done.
Choose between the standard version
or the compact wedge low profile option (coming 2008) for fewer sensor
lines that need to go straight through.
The Sensor Pass-Through:

environments
up to 500 psi

• contains no threads or sharp edges to damage sensor
wires or tubes.
• is designed to use with ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel-rated
test
chambers.
• requires no threading of sensor wires or tubes through
individual holes.
