The Patented Super C-Seal
Use Jetseal’s Super C-Seal for C-Seal applications requiring springback. Its one-piece design combines enhanced springback with higher load for a tighter seal, enhancing both pressure and temperature performance. You can replace existing C-Seals without modifying the cavity.

Our Super C-Seals will give you more leak-tightness than regular C-Rings while providing superior deflection capability — simply and cost-effectively. They fit any manufacturers’ C-Seal cavity and come in linear sections and in all common C-Seal materials, including alloys 718, X-750, and Waspaloy. Super C-Seals are corrosion-resistant, and you can use them multiple times in high pressure environments when you install them in opposing V-grooves.

Super C-Seals are suited to environments like:
• turbine engine case joints.
• fuel injector nozzles.
• duct-to-case flanges.
• hydraulic and pneumatic fittings.
• oil drilling equipment.
• vacuum components and
   systems.
• cryogenic component and
   systems.
• high pressures to 65,000 psi
   and extreme temperatures ranging from
   a cryogenic –320 F to as high as 1300 F.
