Sensor Pass-Through
JETSEAL's patented Sensor Pass-Through greatly reduces set-up time for sealing instrumentation wires or tubes. The uniquely designed Sensor Pass-Through allows up to 130 test instrumentation wires or pressure tubes to be easily sealed with no leakage. The Sensor Pass-Through has no sharp edges or threads that can damage instrumentation and is ASME Boiler & Pressure Vessel Code rated to 850°F (454°C) and 500 psi.
Our patented Sensor Pass-Through quickly and easily passes multiple sensor wires, thermocouples, pressure tubes, data cables, etc., through a pressure vessel or test rig quickly and easily for a leak tight fit.
Installation is simple using either the Standard or Wedge Sensor Pass-Through; fasten the unit to a pressure vessel with a standard NPT threaded connection (other connection types are available), feed the wires or tubes through the unit without removing cables or instrumentation end fittings, install the seals and top cover, and torque the Grade-8 bolts (to the specified requirements) supplied with the unit to seat the seals around the test instrumentation. .
Choose between the standard version or compact wedge low profile option that allows critical sensing wires or tubes to pass through the unit without bending.

- Features nickel plating to resist corrosion in extreme environments up to 850°F (454°C) and 500 psi.

- Designed to use with ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel code rated test chambers.
- Compatible with solid metal jacketed sensor wire or tubing.
- Not for use with braided steel jacketed sensors.
